Meet Cailloux The Owl!
He's a darling, shy, cuddly guy
When he's not up in his favorite tree you can find Cailloux in rocky areas trying to blend in and observe the world around him. His stone/pebbly colored feathers make it easy for Cailloux to enjoy this past time quite often!


Standing approx. 7" tall
Cailloux was hand crocheted/embroidered and free-formed (no pattern used) by me using a variety of acrylic yarns, polyfil and 18mm amber doll safety eyes (fastened with plastic washers)

He is a sweet, cuddly, delight.
A must have for any owl lover!
There's no other exactly like him!

Thank you! Actually the only part that held me up was waiting for the doll eyes I bought off ebay! But I definitely procrastinated once I had all his parts made up...which I do for some odd reason! I think it's because attaching limbs and things gets so tedious...

Ah yes, I always do that. I make all the parts separately then put them together one by one. Very tedious stuff lol

So niiiice... The eyes are great, very owlish! Such pretty colours in the wool. And the mixed colours make it look more feather-like, too. ^^
